ICS Problems...Am I the only one?

I know I'm not the only one having problems with Ice Cream Sandwich, but I can't stand it any more! I got a text from my daughter today and I had to go through the HTC splashcreen and a loading circle two times until I finally gave up and restarted the phone. The first start up got stuck on the HTC white screen so I had to restart again. This is ridiculous...Can I go back to the old OS? Or did the update not load right? What gives? Help

Hi Im kind of n the same boat....I unlocked at htcdev, installed titanium back up and froze then removed bloatware, now trying to update and I get 20% in to the 1st update to then get main update.

I contacted htc dev and they helped to relock, so now I am relocked, s-on never did a ROM change just bloatware removal.

Still get red tri angle of death after 5 sec of green update then boom....I tried to use a exe rom to reset phone but no luck. I just want to get the ISC on any way I can and am not to in to leaks.

If any one can help id be very happy. Thanks in advance.

I took my phone to the Verizon store. They re_installed and it works great now.
