Icons in the status bar?

Hi, ... I just got a new Thunderbolt. Every time I successfully install an app, I get another icon in the status bar. I've got a few of them piling up now. Is there a way to delete those?

Just pull down your status bar an click on app after download an it should take off there if that don't work hit menu in app an see if it had option for it to show up in status bar an turn off

Thanks ... that's easier than what I was doing lol

I was hitting menu > notifications > etc ... but half the time that opened the app, and just added more steps.
