Love my chromebook perfect device especially for traveling. Acer is my recommendation, it lacks in display that Samsung has but makes up in build quality, battery life, and durability.

To be honest I hadn't paid attention and the reason why is I use my macbook pro for any heavy work. My chromebook is just meant for surfing, editing a few documents, and consuming media on the go. But I'll say this, my 200 chromebook perform just as well as my 1200 mac book for 98% of what I use it for. Unfortunately I can not use fastboot with my chromebook.

Samsung's Chromebook is quite beastly too. I bought a Chromebook recently and for what I paid I am quite happy with it. Basically, I find it only good for Web Browsing. MacBook Air does the rest of what I need it to.
