You have to unroot for ota updates. Same is true for all Androids

Go to superuser or supersu (whichever is installed). Go to the settings page. At the very bottom it should say full unroot. Click that and voila. I would also uninstall any apps that require root

I tried but still can't update

Did you check to make sure you were not rooted. Try root checker and make sure you are no longer rooted

now I can connect to the service but after downloaded the package, installing half then come out update fail reboot device.

I would wait for the devs to put out the update. Don't take OTA's anymore. Also make a nandroid backup before make any changes. Just in case.
