The Moto G4 didn't come with one either, other than Google Photos. I'll heck my daughter's phone and see which one we found for her. She likes it a lot. Might be the one Pere mentioned.

Been using Picsay for almost ever. It does much more than crop. There's a freebie and a paid version.

(Just an FYI... Google makes Snapseed, too).
Technically, because Google bought Snapseed a little while back.

Snapseed and PicSay are both great if you want to do more than crop, but I'm a big fan of not having extra apps on my phone to do the same thing that another app can already do.

If ALL you need to do is crop, that's available in the gallery app that comes on the phone. If you want to get more fancy, there are better options, for sure.

Different strokes.
I don't care about having extra apps do different things. This is 2016 and having a few extra apps shouldn't be burdensome on any modern flagship.
I simply don't like "Google Photos". Never did. I disable it.
I like having specific tools for specific jobs. I use plain old Gallery for photo viewing and cropping. Aviary... well, actually I haven't used Aviary in awhile. Should probably remove that. Snapseed for any serious editing or Meme making \ text adding.
Seriously, Snapseed rocks. Do yourself a favor and try it.
(I also have Groopic... check that out, too to put yourself in the photo).

I've been using PicsArt forever and it's one app I've consistently updated because it's that good.
