    ok, I have a droid op. sys2.2.2 build # frg83g
a couple of months ago I rooted my phone (Superuser v2.3.6.1) about a week ago I got an update and I installed it, since then I can no longer use my wireless tether. I need some help on how to fix this problem. I am not savy to much of the tech nomenclature alot of you guys use. I need someone to explain how to fix this problem in a simpleton manner.

    Thanks for your help!

You may still have the superuser root icon but the update disabled the root. Need to reroot to fix it.

What process did you use to root? It's true that an OTA could have disabled your root privileges. Simple fix though. Reroot.
