I have HeartBleed on Galaxy S4, now what

I ran a Lookout heartbleed detector and it says:

"The version of OpenSSL on your device is affected for the heartbleed bug. But the vulnerable behavior is not activated"
So now what do I do? Is there a way to get rid if this?

You don't actually get Heartbleed. The responsibility for patching the vulnerability lies with WEB sites.
