Hi I just got a replacement phone after the first phone crashed to death. Wow this phone feels so different. The UI is different and this keyboard is different.

Well the problem I am having is that I lost most of my apps.
I don't know what to do to solve this issue. The tech guy I spoke to said something about going to myverizon.com but what's there I need to look for?

Also new phone wont let me sync with Verizon for some reason.

Any paid apps should download from the android market as soon as you enter the same Google information you did when you purchased them.

Without a backup the only way to retrieve the free ones will be to download them manually, but that appears to have changed in Gingerbread, mine downloaded automatically.
