I Got my Droid! Question about Email and Web for Smartphone 29.99

Hello,

Got my Motorola Droid today (it's really cool!!!). I got added onto my dad's Nationwide Basic Family SharePlan and chose the $29.99 option called Email and Web for Smartphone. It says unlimited web browsing is included, but does that also mean I could go to the app market and download all the free apps I want without paying extra MB fees based on the size of the app. Or if a friend sends me an email with a picture attached. Is downloading that included. Basically what I'm wondering is it possible for me to get like a hundred dollars extra on my dads phone bill for downloading free apps or picture attachments or using stuff like google maps etc.

But don't forget, unlimited data does not = unlimited texts....
