I feel like such a flippin idiot for installing the update.

I'm so pissed I can't even put it into words.

How do I go back to the version before the update? I've got a somewhat recent backup of my apps and files so I'm ok with that.

Then how do I keep it from downloading an update ever again?

My issues are that i dont like how it looks. I dont like how it works. I dont like that it shoved the update down my throat. I dont like that its highlighthting the words that i dont spell correctly. I dont like that it added stuff i dont want and took away stuff that i do want.
I was happy with the last version.

It took away my ability to use a number of apps that require superuser access. It also took away my sanity but thats gone and it aint coming back.
