I cant turn on my phone! "Bootloader wont program cause battery low" message

    I been charging my phone all night. The socket charger seem to been acting up, so I plugged it into my PS3's usb instead. all night. but it still wont cut on.

    It has a black screen that say something about the bootloader cant download cause battery low.

    what does that mean?

    Did you try a new battery? Could be that is the problem
