I can't find certain apps

Hey guys,
when I heard about the MARIO LIVE WALLPAPER app I was overjoyed until i realized that it's not even listed in my market. Out of 4 of my other friends with droids only 1 other guy was having the same issue. I found a website that said I could download it there if I couldn't find it in the market...it failed. I tried having different people bump it to me...it failed. One guy at work just got his droid and he found the app.
my phone is stock (not hacked or modified) Please help!

can you have other live wallpapers on your phone?

i have whatever came with the phone, not sure if its the newest android os or not, yes i have 2.1 yes i have otherlive wallpapers right now

I see it in the Market when I look. Don't know why you're not seeing it since you are running a stock Droid.
