Hybrid market?

Just now I went into my market application and it asked me to accept the new terms and what not. After it finished loading my market seemed like a hybrid between the new updated market and the old version. Anybody else experience this?

Just a note, i went to my home screen and back in and it was back to the updated market.

What's the version your market app?
I read the other day there is a newer (than the "new" 3.0.27) going to drop on us soon. Maybe you got it?

My market is 3.0.27. It's the one that was leaked awhile ago. And yeah that's a possibility but it went away when I restarted the market.
