How many times do you guys restart your phones? Why?

How many times do you guys restart your phones? Why?

I very rarely restart my phone. The only time I do is if it becomes laggy and I want to force it to clean up any long running processes, memory, etc. Also I've used Windows PCs for years so my answer to any OS issues is to reboot
