if you just want the launcher (the phone, apps,settings at the bottom of the home screens) you can check out HE launcher. it has an option to use the sense launcher (along with a few others)
for the clock, check out beautiful widgets or one of the MANY other clock/weather widgets on the market.
as for icons, that would be a theme, or you could always put the icons on the SD card and put them on the phone manually.
status bar look, is also a theme usually only for a custom ROM, but i know there are black bar mods for stock ROM.
Lock screen slider, look into widgetlocker, its $3 in the market, but totally worth it. TONS of customization, but it also has the stock sense slider
beyond that, you wont really find any sense themes on a motorola phone.
