HTC Sense Home 8 For Non HTC Devices My Be Coming To The Play Store

HTC Sense Home was introduced on the HTC 10. The launcher is pretty snappy and feels pretty close to AOSP. The Home app also allows you to setup and use themes on your phone. Freestyle layouts allow you to add themed stickers which you can then assign shortcuts to. The HTC quick settings may also come along with this launcher.

The project to bring the launcher to non HTC handsets was announced to go live on June 23rd. For now this seems to be in a beta state. There was an email sent out by HTC to certain users. The only requirement is that you are on a non HTC device that runs Android 4.4 or greater.

Out of all the stock bloatware launchers I've looked Sense the best.
This could be a step in the right direction of one less fragment to deal with when buying a new phone. Let them all put a stock Android launcher and out their bloatware on the Play Store and let us choose.
