My phones "3g" is not working and the mobile network is stuck and greyed out on turning on . Ive called verizon and visited a store and both attempted to helped but no solution. tried : hard reset, soft reset, toggled airplane mode, tried **program and went through some settings and *228 option 1 an 2 .. does anyone have an ideas on this issue.
