Hello everyone,
So I was out and about today with my droid dna...it was working just fine..then I went to check it and it was off for some reason. I powered it on...and since then it has been stuck in a startup loop where the htc screen will come up, show for a few seconds, then turnoff and startup once again. It continued to do this throughout the day which I'm guessing is the cause of it then getting very hot. Eventually the battery died. So once I got home I plugged it back in and it has resumed its loop. I have tried a factory reset and recovery mode, neither of which have seemed to interrupt it's loop. I have never done any sort of unlocking or flashing to the phone and it would not be covered by verizon or anything as I purchased it online. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
