HTC Droid 2.0 Menu Issue

My girlfriend just got her system update (finally) to 2.0. Nothing disappeared or anything, but after the update her application menu is empty. She goes into "Manage Applications" and everything is still installed, but nothing appears on the menu when she drags it up and all of her shortcuts are still on her screens where she put them.
Any ideas?

Yeah, just did that, girlfriend didn't tell me that she didn't try rebooting it. :|
