HTC Butterfly 3 and 'refreshed' One M9 Plus Coming September 29th [Rumor]

The latest rumor from HTC suggests that they will be launching a couple of new flagship phones on September 29th. One will be heading to the Chinese (and perhaps other Asian markets), and other could be as well. The former is the HTC Butterfly 3, and the later is a newly freshened version of the HTC One M9 Plus.

We have some rumored specs for the 3rd gen Butterfly, but no further details on the "update" One M9 Plus. Here's what we know about the Butterfly 3:

• 5.1-inch QHD display
• Snapdragon 810
• 20MP camera
• 3GB of RAM

HTC re-releasing a new version of the HTC One M9 Plus smacks of desperation, but it is likely going to be a version for the Chinese and other Asian markets, so it makes a bit more sense.
