Specifications for the upcoming HTC Bee and Lexikon have partially leaked out, and from what we see here, both are something to look forward too. The Bee, is rumored to be heading to Verizon and Cellular South and looks to be a great entry-level device. Froyo, Sense UI, and a small (3.2-inch) screen should make for a snappy little phone, even with a dated 528 MHz processor.

1.6 is the version of Sense. Both phones list Froyo as the OS.

    my mistake

I thought we had an android 1.6 phone release streak like Dell. It doesn't make sense that HTC would do that though!

500 and 800 mhz processing speed. We are trying to get faster phones not slower, it seems as if htc is going backwards with those 2. They must be low end devices, because if they are high- end then you would be crazy to pay that when other smart phones have 1 gig processors.

The 800 mhz chipset is faster than the 1ghz snapdragon out right now. Runs cooler, uses less power, generally more efficient such that 800mhz is adequate enough
