HTC had their IFA press announcement late last night/early this morning, and they unveiled the Desire 820. Because of the active rumor-mill, we pretty much knew most of the details regarding the device. Here's the full breakdown of specs and features, Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 615 multi-core processor with 64-bit support 13MP Rear Camera Unique 8MP camera on the front of the device 5.5-inch HD display 2GB of RAM 2600mAh battery Front facing stereo speakers As you can see, besides the cool new 64-bit multi-core Snapdragon processor, the other defining characteristic of the Desire 820 is a much beefier front facing camera designed to boost your selfie and wefie pictures. It also appears that HTC is continuing with their traditional front facing stereo speakers, which is a welcome thing to see. For a larger mid-range device, this is not too shabby, and it even has an intriguing case design. The phone will hit retail shelves sometime in September. We included the full press release in the thread below.
