    I am looking for some software to create applications for the Droid phones.

    Any suggestions?

    I would suggest Eclipse. Learn it, love it...

    There are several flavors of Eclipse. I read one article saying the Reports (Galileo) version is the one to get. Yet, I see one for mobile programming... Hence my confusion and am not sure if this will help you, Sagebrush:icon_eek:

    I use:

    Eclipse SDK

    Version: 3.5.2

    but that motodev looks interesting...

    Used the MOTODEV for 5 minutes and I recommend it. Much easier to setup than the eclipse path.

    I'm going to use it for my next project to fully test it out. dancedroid

    MOTODEV = Eclipse with some Motorola extras

    Motodev, hands down comes across as a bit easier to grasp than Eclipse. Just my opinion, obviously.
