If they could then this app would pretty much be pointless. It would be smart to not tether 10gb a month either.

Been using FoxFi for a few days. Works great. Does anyone know if:
*
1)**** I can change the Network name from (Android0x) to for example (My Hotspot)?
2)**** I can change the password form (none) to for example (12345)
*
Sorry if these are stupid questions but I do not want to mess with the setting since the app is working perfectly right now.

This app is amazing. I've been using it a couple weeks on my Bionic. Eliminated my need to root

If you go into menu when you have Foxfi open, you can make those changes..

Mine stopped working after the update previous to the one they did the other day. I have not checked it since that update to see if it would work for me now. I have been using the other one that requires root access, but has been working perfectly.

 I actually experienced the same thing. I get foxfi to work again after I deleted and retyped the password. I wonder if it would work with you.
