How to update phone

I unrooted my droid to android 2.0.1 and i was wondering how to get the android 2.1 and 2.2 update.Can anyone help me please?

should come up on its own... try menu... about phone... system updates...

There should be files on the forum to the 2.1 sbf, but apparently it won't find itself if you do the prompt for system updates. However, 2.2 should come (if your phone is available for the update), if you do the prompt.
