how to unroot from temporary z4root

    hey everyone i recently downloaded z4root and i did the temporary root on it that says it will only root until the next reboot. Well i rebooted my phone but it seems that i am still rooted since i have the superuser app still in my app drawer. is there anyone that can help me unroot? i dont know how to get it back to stock droid x

    I think that app does make it Um root but superuser is still there but that's just a guess I used that app on my Droid 1 but I permanently rooted it all so its says u can un root it if u press that but I haven't tryed it

    No, it will remove the root and the superuser. It brings you right back to stock. I'm not sure what you mean by temporary. z4Root has a root button if you are not rooted and an a back to stock button if you are rooted. If you are rooted it will also allow you to go through the rooting process again. Why that's there, I don't know.

    think the temp is there for nand locked devices. reboot and its unrooted?

    No after you rooted on your z4Root there is a button to tap to remove root. It roots you just as permanently as any other way does. Rebooting does not remove root.

    When I run Z4 it has two buttons: temporary root and permanent root.
    But I've seen videos on YouTube and they just have a single "Root" button.

    I was talking about the temp root button. A permanent root is indeed permanent
