So one feature which has been driving me totally insane on the droid is the contact merging.
I have over 2500 contacts. All legitimate. Alot of them have similar things. Like if i have a client with 20 staff.... all 20 staff usually have the same work number but they will have different cell phone numbers.
I have countless contacts that keep merging and i need to go in and try to dig them out to separate.
Also i have lots of people with the same name. Or i have one person that is a client and coming from 4 separate companies. He has 4 separate emails and contact info that needs to be separate for me.
The fact that this feature exists by default with no way to fix it is CRAZY.
Please. Does anyone have a solution? Does anyone know if this can be turned off if I root?
