How to Start a Blog via Tapatalk

So,

I have been wanting to start a blog for a long time. But I don't have any clue where to start.

There are literally hundreds of different sites, but they all charge a fee.

It is hard to find reliable information amongst all the google-mercials.

Has anyone tried making a blog before?

AFAIK, you can't start a tapatalk only blog. Create a website first, then make it compatible with Tapatalk.

If I were to start a blog today, this is how I'd do it
1) Find a blog template & edit it. Search for "free css blog templates" to get started
2) Once I have that ready then I'd buy a domain & hosting. That can be done through places like Hostgator
3) Put blog on the web

That's a forum not a blog though. Hosting and domain still need to be purchased too.
