How do I set the new camera app as default,so that when I flick my wrist twice the new camera app will open and not the factory installed one?

I think the factory app is the only one connected to the wrist-flick. I'm not sure whether it's interchangeable with another camera app.

OK thanks... Kinda sucks, I like that feature, but I'll make due.

I'm not a fan of the touch anywhere on the screen to take a photo, it makes it hard to zoom. The new camera and gallery apk has a button icon like most apps, which allows you to touch anywhere on the screen to focus

You can use the volume buttons as a shutter button on the stock Moto camera. You can also turn on control focus and aperture by sliding out the settings from the left side, so you can drag the focus and aperture control to wherever you want.
