I'm not sure how I'm doing it but I keep randomly taking screenshots. Does anyone know how I am doing this?
I haven't installed an application to do this and I even thought you needed to root the phone for that to work, which I have not done.

Yeah, I do too but haven't figured out how I end up doing it. Sane exact situation, no root, just happens!

It's been awhile since I had my Charge but I believe it's when you long press on the soft menu key - check settings/display for an option to disable it...

I recall reading that if you hold the back button then press home key, that will take a screenshot. I've taken a few, but for some reason I get a pop up menu that also ends up in the photo. I chalk it up to a Launcher Pro feature, may try going back to default launcher and trying it.

Edit: just tried it, and its a dolphin browser option to exit browser. Now to figure out how to turn off that. Screenshots look silly not to mention useless with a pop up menu dead center.

Yeah that is it. If you press the back button and hold it then immediately press home it snaps the shot. Thanks :)

I'm at my computer now. I love my phone and all, but I much rather would type with a full size keyboard than swyping all the time lol. Thanks for the prompt replies everybody. I joined a couple forums about the Droid because i'm used to posting a question and getting a response a few days later. :-D
