How to root the galaxy nexus on a mac?

Hello everyone! I just got my galaxy nexus, coming from the OG Droid (wow what an upgrade!). I have heard a lot about rooting but I never got around to it on my droid. I thought I would try it out on the GNex. I looked up the tutorials but i noticed that they all said windows only. Does anyone know of a how to guide using a mac computer?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
