I am semi-new to the whole Droid modding/rom scene, and I'm running in to an annoying issue when flashing/changing roms. There must be a way to save your shortcut settings so you don't have to manually replace each shortcut on your home screens. Could someone enlighten me and save me a good 10 minutes the next time I have to flash?

Do you have a home screen replacement app? Like adw or launcher pro?

Well ill say this. Case you don't, you may want tp download one. I use adw, and whenever I flash a rom, I make sure to backup my settings, flash, than restore everything. I use that along with titanium backup (paid version) to restore my appsand their data in case i forgot to back them up
