How to recover photographs from dead phone

I've got a Pantech with a dead battery. AT&T says no way to get photos off of phone. Any way of operating the phone with the power plugged in? Anyone have any ideas or do I have to buy a new battery? I've already got a new phone.

If you plug it into the charger for 15 minutes or so it should startup. Let us know if that worked for you.
