How to install camera.apk?

Long story short I accidantly uninstalled camera.apk and now I can't get it back. It still exists is system/app but I can't seem to install it. I've tried everything. How can I get my camera back? I set permissions but it didn't help. Btw I have Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830i and Android 4.1.1 system.

How did you Uninstall it? Have you set permissions to rw-r-r then rebooted? Also, make sure you have a gallery.apk there too.

Yes I have rebooted and set permissions but nothing changes. I do have gallery.apk And I was stupid enough to try to upgrade it, something went wrong and the it happened: the one I installed didn't work and replaced the right one and now I can't get it back.

To get to the system/app folder, you'd have to be rooted. Do you have a nandroid backup of your phone before this happened? If so, that'll get you camera back.

I don't know what nandroid backup is but I did backup my phone by titanium backup and some other app I can't remember which on exactly. I tried to restore it by titanium but after 40 minutes of "restoring" I kinda gave up cuz nothing happened.
