For chevy v4.7?
Not sure how to do an apk install
Do you have the .apk already ? If simply selecting install doesn't do it, then you can push it into the system using Terminal Emulator
dont have apk i dont think? idk...im a noob.
I have ss4.7 sstheme chevy mv 1.0 kernel
I am searching apk install and dont know the procedure. I was dumb and installed as an update.zip to the sd card using the link in the ss4.7 thread for the flash...and it gave me some probs...overheating...reboot...so I reboot to recovery and restored my previous nandroid...and reflashed the rom in ROM manager...because I liked it so much. Have to search through the apps I had though...and set the phone back up how I had it. lol
You just want flash player on your Droid right ?
1 download the adobe flash apk here -----> Download: Official Flash 10.1 (V10.1.92.8) for Any Android 2.2 Phone | Droid Life: A Droid Community Blog
2 connect your usb cable to your phone and mount, put the apk on your sdcard
3 download and astro file manager FREE from the market.
4 navigate to to adobe flash file you put on your sdcard and install it.
4 restart phone
5 open browser
6 enjoy flash
Is there any difference between this link and the chevy adobe 10.1 flash player link here?
You just match up the verson numbers and see if they are the same, there is not a lot of difference though between the versions
check adobe.com and see if you can download the latest version?
can I just nav there on my browser on my phone and download directly off the site? or will I have to move to SD and still install as apk?
Either way you have to install as an .apk and you will probably not have any luck on Adobe's site, follow the link previously posted and install via Astro or Root Explorer
moved to SD, found in astro...I just long press and extract right?
is it in .zip form or .apk form ?
You should just be able to install if it is in .apk form by (I don't use Astro) so I think by long pressing it
