How To Get Off Leaked ICS To Official ICS

So my phone is running a leaked build of ICS and I'd like to update to the recently released official ICS. How would I do this?

If you are running the .217 leak, you are on the official stock ICS. If you are running an earlier leak you will need to use jsnweitzel's ICS Only Utility to move from the leak you are on to .217.
