how to get backup assistant on libertyrom?

    the title says it all how can i get backup assistant on my rooted droid2? is there a way to download it or anything? i am running libertyrom with a custom theme and all that good stuff if any of that matters

    Why do you want backup assistant? Why not just sync your contacts with Google, and then they'll automatically be pushed back to the phone every time you change ROMs. You can use the backupassistant website to export a CSV file and then import that into google contacts' website, which will push them to your phone. That's what I'd do, anyway.

    BA doesn't work on these phone the only way to back it up is to export to sd card and sync to gmail
