The S7 has its own block list like other Samsung phones. I just verified this on my wife's.
At least it does from the call log (Recent).
Tap on the circle that will have the contact picture if you have one set for the number. That brings up the info screen. In the top right, there are 2 options. Tap MORE. That gives you a couple of options, one of which is "Add to block list". Tap that.
Of course, this only blocks calls as far as I know.
