I'm sure it's similar to my N5. Go to your phone's settings, select storage, then cached data.

How do I clear the cache on my S8? I searched here, and on google, and can't seem to find out how.

Thanks!
Tried, but that option is not available.

I was thinking something along the lines of my Razr Maxx. After powering off, press the Up Volume, Down Volume and Power button simultaneously. This would bring up a number of options, including "wipe partition cache".

Ok, that was the easy way. Try this...

1. With phone off, press & hold the volume up and home, then press & hold power key... Holding all three at same time

2. When you get the logo screen, release the power key.

3. When you get the Android System screen, release volume & home key.

4. You should get the recovery menu. Use volume buttons to move up/down the menu and power to select.

Just did search and says press & hold volume up & bixby keys, then press & hold power key. Then when logo appears release all keys. Use volume keys to move up/down & power to select.

Hey, there. The easiest way to clear cache files on S8 is using phone data cleaner app. It helps us clear out unwanted files, junk files, cache files from S8 easily.

Try these steps:

· Turn the Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8 Plus off

· Press and hold the Volume Up, Power and Home buttons at the same time until the Android logo shows up and the phone vibrates

· Then let go of the Power button and continue to hold the other buttons

· Use the volume buttons to scroll down to highlight Wipe Cache Partition

· Press the Power button

· Scroll down to Yes and press the Power button

· Scroll to Reboot System Now and press Power

· Your Galaxy S8 will reboot with a cleared system cache
