I was wondering if anybody knows how to change the color of the outline when a link is pressed inside the browser.

You need to change one of the .png's within the framework-res.apk/res/darwable-hdpi

This is where most of the background "pressed" images are stored, if you are rooted and somewhat proficient in Android this is an easy task, I would be happy to offer more guidance if you are interested

Can you explain exactly when you would see this, is it when the URL bar is pressed ?

When you press anything on a webpage it has the yellowish outline around it. I want to change the yellow color.

Pretty sure he's talking about that "box" that comes up around the link when you press on it. For example www.droidforums.net Now imagine that when you put your finger on that link right there a colored rectangle comes up around it.

Nevermind, I see it...mine is an orange outline, I thought you were referring to the URL bar itself, when it is pressed and highlights, that is a .png

Yes, yours will be in an xml somewhere, but I doubt it's within the browser.apk because a link pressed within gmail yeilds the same orange outline--chances are it's in the framework

I'll look around tonight when I get on my home computer and can get in there and look inside the xml's and not just at them.
