How often do you replace your phone?
When I switch carriers. With so little advancement in newer models other than a few this or that I really don't feel the need anymore to have THE next big thing. I've had this Note4 since it first came out and am still very satisfied with it but also still am satisfied with my Note 2 from Verizon and G2 from tmobile.

About every two years
Depends on the phones that come out. Had my last phone for about a year. Had the one before that for closer to 2. I try to wait at least 2 years usually though.

2 yrs or when the insurance doesn't carry the model any more...

Used to be every year now I wait until there is a phone that interests me.
That's a very good point, especially in the last few years as there hasn't been a lot of "wow, gotta have that"...

Probably every 2yrs. My last phone before my current Note 5 was a Galaxy s4.
I booted up the s4 just for fun and the difference in performance was night and day. I have a feeling this Note 5 will last longer than 2yrs though.
Try to go two years, however, Nexus 6P will probably be replaced by the Note 6 assuming it's as awesome as the rumors (no glass back please). The Note 3, lasted over 2 years along with the Original Droid wrapped around the Galaxy Nexus and Droid Charge debacles.
