How much SD memory can the Droid handle?

Can it handle 32Gb of SD RAM? I've only got 4 GB left - need more memory.

Surely if it is SDHC compatible it will handle up to 256gb? that being the limit of the format.

O.K. "Micro SDHC" then it is the same format. "Secure Digital High Capacity" tops out at 256gb whether full size or micro AFAIK.

just curious...is it full of mp3's and movies or do you have a lot of data on it?

It's mostly music. I have 100+GB of music on my PC at home, so its hard to pick and chose which ones I want to transfer to the Droid. I want it all :)

Yes - the hardware supports it.
The main obstacle is actually finding a card of sufficient size. Support means nothing if you can't even get the hardware.

32gb Micro SD's are almost on the market...64gb has been announced.
But unless the firmware will read it, it's of little use. Droid is spec'ed to 32gb, past that who knows.
