How much DRAM?

I didn't see any details on DRAM. The original Droid has 256 MB of DRAM and the Incredible has 512 MB. Hopefully the X will come with at least 512 MB DRAM.

Anybody hear a DRAM spec?


Update: Nevermind - Looks like 512 MB. Welcome upgrade for sure.
