Easiest way would be to root the phone and get a screen shot app from the Market. I use Drocap2. Some phones can do it out the box.

Probably with an application (there may be one that doesn't require root) or custom ROM. This is a feature of stock ICS so natively, the Razr doesn't have the functionality. If your rooted, Drocap2 has always worked well for me on my past devices.

Screenshot it works on un-rooted phones. It's free on the Market.

Things have changed...I didnt even know it could be done with an app without rooting.

Screenshot does not work on non-rooted Razr (according to the App description in the Market and some of the comments). I tried it with no luck.

You don't have to root to be able to do a screenshot. I found "No Root Screenshot", and although not free works well. It's a little tricky to install, but if you follow the directions carefully, it works well. See screenshot with icon by the pointer:
