How do you remove preinstalled App?

I would love to get rid of Visual VM just like the scripts do for the corp mail and email app.

I wasnt aware that Jrummy's rom came with Visual VM preinstalled. but anyways download Root Explorer from the market navigate from it to system ---> app then find the Visual VM application and mount as r/w then either rename it by adding .bak to the end of it or just delete it off of your phone.

You can also unistall an app through manage apps in settings.

Home/menu/settings/apps/manage apps/menu/filter/all/remove app of choice
