How do you record an individual voice mail

I read someplace on this forum whilst I was sifting through 1,000's of posts that you can record individualized voice mails for each person. Does someone have a clue on how to accomplish this feat? I have searched through all the posts and the phone and can't seem to find any answers. Thanks in advance. Have a great weekend.

Actually Gvoice allows for groups to be assigned custom voicemail greetings.
