How do you get the Notification Bar to be at the bottom of the screen?

I saw a video on Android, and I saw that he had his Notification Bar on the bottom.

If its a hack, how do I do it?

I could be wrong, but I think that's only for tablets. And its a setting in CM for them

I would look in the screenshots forum. There was a guy that had it and posted a link. It was like a week or so ago. Or just ask on there. If I find it ill let u know.

I believe its a setting in Cyanogenmod 7, It's under 'Tablet tweaks' in the Cyanogenmod settings menu.
