How do you freeze doc icons in apex?

I'm using Apex with ICS & I can't for the life of me figure out how to freeze the doc icons so they don't scroll. Anyone know if this is possible? It is driving me crazy. I will go to scroll my screen & accidentally scroll the doc icons.
