How Do You Delete A Book On Alkido?

I have all these books and some Ive already read. Does anyone know how to delete them off the phone? Id figure sync it to the computer and just delete it from the EBook folder but Im worried that may mess up the program. Im not quite willing to take that chance. Is that how you delete them or will that mess things up?
