I don't have a droid pro but I know of and use an app in the market called quick boot. Give it a shot

Sent from my Droid using DroidForums App

Indeed. But, if its not for your phone, do NOT try to flash it, you can really mess some stuff up.

Best way is to go grab D2 Bootstrap from the market

Ahhh...that's where it gets fun! Its a matter of plugging in your wall charger with the phone off and pulling the battery when it shows the "M", unplugging the charger, replacing the battery, and then booting up normally - SHOULD boot into CW then.

I am at the triangle screen but the @ sign is not getting me to the menus, I have also tried every other button. Any help? I have gotten into recovery before not sure why it isn't working, and I have rebooted and tried three different times.

    Menu keys

It's not the @ sign, rather press both up/down volume at the same time, then use up and down to scroll through the menus. I was able to use the Enter button to...well, enter.
